I went from learning relatively little about alcohol and mixology in general to a lot in the matter of a week. The staff is all very personable and the faculty is great. There's certainly a lot to be said about the feeling you get when you can confidently make 18 drinks in under 6 minutes at the end of your course, but you'll just have to experience it for yourself! And not only do they teach you how to mix drinks, but they establish a job network for you to find work immediately after graduating. Overall, an excellent and enjoyable experience. Will be recommending it to all my friends. If you're interested in taking the course, make sure to take Gio's class!
